In most other ways they are the same, including the use of an Intel CPU and Genuine Windows 7 operating system. Up to 2 hard drives can be used with capacities of up to 1.5 Terabytes each, and use a 3.0Gb/s interface for fast communication with the rest of the system. A pair of user-accessible DIMM slots allow for later upgrading of the system's memory, which can work with up to 8 Gigabytes of DDR3 SDRAM. Networking is built into the system board with a 10/100/1000 Ethernet port, and 8 USB ports are available externally.
