Product Shot 1 The Pros:Inexpensive - great for users on a budget. Small footprint - won't take up too much desk room. Energy efficient - uses very little power.

The Cons:Underpowered - not suitable for multitasking. Includes Windows XP instead of Windows 7. Only 1GB of memory - barely enough for a Windows 7 upgrade.

The system is powered by a 1.6GHz Intel Atom processor, and features 1 GB of RAM and a 160 GB hard drive. The CPU and memory are sufficient for many basic uses, but users may encounter poor performance with more demanding applications, particularly games, since the system also relies on integrated graphics. Eight USB 2.0 ports are among the standard connections provided, and a CD/DVD burner is included. A keyboard and optical mouse are included, but a display must be bought separately. Windows XP arrives preloaded.
