The Gateway DX4320-17 is a PC designed for power and flexibility. This system is identical in almost every way to the Gateway DX4320-09, but the system memory has been fully expanded to 8GB. The AMD Athlon II X4 main processor has also been slightly tweaked to operate at 3.0GHz.

Otherwise the system bears the same upgrades from the Gateway DX4320-02e and -04e, including the inclusion of an ATI Radeon HD5570 graphics card with 1024MB of DDR3 VRAM onboard which reduces load on the rest of the system and can render graphics adequately for casual gamers. Both a Blu-ray Disc drive and a 16x DVD player/writer are included, and 5.1 surround sound output combined with HDMI output makes this PC a possible solution for home theater enthusiasts. A 23 inch widescreen LCD display with 2 speakers is included, as well as a wireless mouse and keyboard.
